Running into problems managing your Discord server?

We'll talk through your problem and build a bot or dashboard to solve it. Development, setup, and use all cost nothing. From the first conversation to launch, it usually takes about a month. Everything happens over Discord, so a casual "here's what we're dealing with…" is enough to get started. We later generalize what we build and offer it as a SaaS product to other Discord servers, but your server keeps using it for free.

Past project

Made it possible to track side-job members' attendance entirely inside Discord

A Discord-based community had no tool for tracking attendance for its side-job members. Tracking hours through spreadsheets or verbal check-ins led to frequent recording mistakes and put the burden on admins. Based on that problem, we built a bot for clocking in and out with slash commands, plus an admin dashboard. It's now used across multiple Discord servers.

  • You're able to give feedback along the way

We may decline applications for something we're already building or have already built.

FAQ

Is the bot development really free?

Yes, completely free. Development, setup, and ongoing use all cost $0. We make this work as a business by generalizing what we build and later offering it as a SaaS product to other Discord servers — the server we build it for keeps using it for free.

What kind of Discord bots can you build?

Ticket bots, auto role assignment, attendance tracking, FAQ bots, AI Q&A, points/leveling systems, event management, moderation automation, and more — whatever fits your problem. Tell us what you're dealing with on Discord and we'll go from there.

How long does development take?

From the first conversation to launch, we aim for about a month.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer on a marketplace?

The biggest difference is that it costs $0. Bot development that would normally run a few hundred to a few thousand dollars on a freelance marketplace is free for the servers we take on — though there is a selection process.

Is there support after launch?

Yes. We keep improving it based on your feedback, and continue adding new features over time.
